Riverstone Construction is a construction management company focused on meeting the needs of our clients. The owners are Mark Carney and John Bontreger. Scott Leopold, pictured here, is the construction manager. Together they have over 70 years of combined experience in developing hotels, commercial buildings, retail strip centers, condominiums, and townhome communities. Riverstone Construction is a construction management company and our specialties include new construction of multi-family projects including townhomes, villas and condominium communities. Additionally, the company will perform tenant finish build-outs, office remodeling, retail facilities, medical offices and other commercial facilities. The business philosophy of Riverstone Construction revolves around four core values: quality, value, responsiveness and innovation. These values ensure that we exceed client satisfaction on all projects and services provided.
