Meet the Construction Manager
Scott is the construction manager and has over 15 years of project management experience and leading teams. Over the past 3 years Scott has managed all facets of the Stonegate Townhome Villa project in Zionsville, Indiana. This is a $7 million project with 30 units in eight buildings. Scott graduated from Indiana University where he studied Business Administration and Economics and currently resides in Carmel, Indiana with his wife Nancy and their three sons. Scott’s attention to detail and superior customer service has proven to be a tremendous asset to our organization and our customers.
Scott is recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder, a Certified Green Professional, and a Certified Green Verifier through the National Association of Home Builders. In addition to this Scott is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Indiana
